Adsema · Cross-stack paid media audit
Cross-stack Meta + Google + TikTok bleed review, with FTC + EU compliance. Flat SaaS pricing.
Performance Max won't see your Meta or TikTok spend; Superscale won't see your Google. Adsema audits Meta + Google + TikTok as a single portfolio, surfaces the audience-overlap and duplicate-intent spend they hide, and runs a FTC + EU generative-creative compliance check before every reallocation — all for $99 / $249 / $499 per month. No percentage of spend, no per-seat fees, no surprises on the invoice.
- Cross-stack Meta + Google + TikTok bleed review — not one platform at a time.
- FTC + EU generative-creative compliance pre-flight before every reallocation.
- Flat SaaS pricing — $99 / $249 / $499 per month. No % of spend, no per-seat fees.
- Per-action approval gates; you approve every write-back to your ad accounts.

What it does · always on
Three jobs an always-on reviewer handles — 24/7 monitoring, weekly briefs, and cross-channel rebalancing.
Where Meta’s Advantage+ and Google’s Performance Max keep their AI locked inside a single platform, Adsema treats the whole paid stack as one portfolio. Continuous scanning, a Monday inbox digest, and autonomous reallocations inside your guardrails.
- 01
24/7 monitoring
Every paid line item, watched the moment it moves.
Auditors scan your Meta, Google, and TikTok spend around the clock — flagging creative fatigue, audience duplicates, auction mechanics each platform hides from the others, and budget pacing drift the moment it appears, not on Monday morning.
- 02
Weekly briefs
A Monday 09:00 inbox deliverable — every agent action logged.
Each week you get a single digest: what moved, what was flagged, what the agent reallocated, and why. Every reallocation, audit flag, and compliance gate ships with reason, timestamp, and the metric that triggered it — exportable any time.
- 03
Cross-channel rebalancing
Spend shifts before fatigue is visible in-platform.
Inside the spending cap, deny lists, and approval thresholds you set, the rebalancer shifts spend between creatives and audiences the instant a signal breaks — long before a media buyer’s weekly stand-up would surface the same pattern.

Founding-customer pilot
A cross-channel paid-media audit across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Adsema reviews the portfolio for duplicated audience or intent and wasted spend. The review also flags potential FTC and EU creative-disclosure risks and suggests fixes; it is an operational review, not legal certification.
Prioritized waste and overlap findings
Likely causes and recommended next steps across the portfolio.
Creative disclosure review
Flagged FTC and EU disclosure risks with suggested fixes.
Read-only audit summary
A portfolio-level record of observations and recommendations.
One-time pilot
A focused review of your paid-media portfolio.
This audit is a one-time engagement, separate from Adsema’s monthly SaaS plans. The review is read-only; your team decides which recommendations to apply.

How we handle your ad account data.
Updated 2026-08-01.
Adsema connects to Meta, Google, and TikTok with the narrowest read-only OAuth scopes those platforms expose. We do not store or transmit creative assets you have not shared with us; we ingest performance metrics, audience lists, and budget pacing data.
We never write back to your ad accounts without your explicit approval on each action. Audit events — every reallocation, flag, or compliance decision — are logged with reason and timestamp, and ship in every weekly brief.
Data is encrypted at rest, processed in us-east-1, and purged thirty days after contract termination. To export or delete your data before then, write to the contact address below. adsema@polsia.app
Acceptable use
Guardrails the agent never crosses.
Every customer agrees to the following guardrails at onboarding. The agent enforces each of them automatically and pauses for human review if any is hit.
- Spend cap: A hard daily ceiling on autonomous reallocation (default $1,800; raise requires sign-off).
- Deny lists: Creatives and audiences you mark as off-limits are never re-promoted.
- Compliance: Anything that fails FTC or EU generative-creative disclosure checks is denied by default — no exception path exists.
- Audit: Every agent action is logged with reason, timestamp, and the metric that triggered it. Logs are exportable in your weekly brief.
